The Ukerewe Cultural Tourism Programme is running by Dickson Magomba. His languages are Kerewe and English.
2011 – 2013 Dickson Magomba studied at the Cambridge International College (UK) Tourism and Travel Management.
In 2010 he received the certificate for Tourism and Tour Guide after studying at the Good Hope Institute of Dar es Salaam for Tourism and Business Studies. He could gain a lot of experience there. He worked in various tourist hotels spread throughout the country, as a guide of bush and beach safaris and also in the National Parks.
With this valuable baggage in the backpack, he decided to open up a cultural tourist program in his hometown, to show his guests this wonderful island and also to boost the economy on Ukerewe Island.
